       Great progress has been achieved in the Year of the Dragon, and now we meet another year that promises to be fruitful. To wish for a good start in the new year, the 2012 Annual Meeting was held at the Pearl River Hall of Shangri-La Hotel Guangzhou by Times Property on February 6, 2013. The meeting, aimed at ringing out the old year and looking ahead, was held under a warm atmosphere with the active participation of the attendees. Having provided Times Property with a harmonious get-together in the new year, the meeting was seen as a success.

       The meeting kicked off in the afternoon with the major global hit song, "Gangnam Style," as background music to inspire the audience. The thunderous applause, the light of glow sticks and the dynamic rhythm soon turned the hall into a music ocean. Then, a warm-up video and a video chronicling the year's events were shown on the screen. The scenes were multifarious. Some were splendid, some were sweet, some were warm and some were thrilling, giving the audience all kinds of feelings while indicating how much effort the organizers of the meeting had put into the videos.
 

       Following the videos, what came next was a speech given by the chairman and president of Times Property, Cen Zhaoxiong. President Cen’s wisdom and his sincerity toward Times Property were fully revealed in his meaningful but humorous speech. He said, "I am very happy to see all of us gather here today. At the same time I feel a broader responsibility on my shoulders. I am glad to see you here: partners with whom I started my business, hard-cores who have devoted themselves to the company for years, and new staff who are going to enjoy life in our company. All of you are here today! Everyone is exerting great effort on behalf of our company. Without your striving, we would never, ever be able to complete our mission for 2012. I believe our hard work will pay off and bring us another fruitful year." 

       Times Property launched an award ceremony at about 4 p.m., with directors giving prizes to hardworking staff. Prizes included the President's Award, the Outstanding Contribution Award for Personnel Training, the Outstanding Quality Award, the Excellent Sales Team Award, etc.

       During the evening party, the exciting big lucky drawing took center stage. Everyone hoped to be among the winners. Chairman & president Cen Zhaoxiong and several senior executives handed out gift packs to the audience members, making it the highlight of the party and a perfect ending to the meeting.   

       The annual meeting is an indispensable family get-together for Times Property. It inspirits the staff and helps build a harmonious atmosphere among the teams, and it deepens inner communication and promotes a sharing culture. The annual meeting of 2012, held in an entertaining, inspiring and sharing environment, will be the overture for our work in the new year, laying a solid foundation for another breakthrough in 2013.
