       Invited by the Western Returned Scholars Association and the China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation, on March 15, 2013, Mr. Cen Zhaoxiong, the chairman and president of Times Property, and Ms. Li Yiping, the president of Times Charity Fund, visited Beijing with four others. They gathered with a great number of industrial leaders and held in-depth discussions on a series of important issues including the upgrading of industrial transfer and the development model of new urbanization. Meanwhile, during the discussions Times Property and the Western Returned Scholars Association signed the Agreement of Strategic Cooperation. 

  

       Mr. Ma Wenpu, the vice president of the Western Returned Scholars Association and the China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation, presided over the talks. Mr. Xu Changdong, the chairman of the US-China Capital Inc.; Mr. Liu Jiaxiang, the former chairman of China International Tour Services; Mr. Cen Zhaoxiong, the chairman and president of Times Property; and Ms. Li Yiping, the director of China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation and president of Times Charity Fund, attended the conference. They held in-depth exchanges focusing on shared topics, such as the resource lead-in of new industries and the construction of platforms supporting high-end development.

       All the participants expressed high recognition and appreciation on the active exploration and industrious practices that Times Property has made in terms of constructing a demonstration base for high-end industries and promoting the transfer and upgrading of regional industries. At the same time they reiterated that the WRSA would strengthen its relationship with Times Property as a strategic cooperative partner while concentrating on the sustainable development of new urbanization and the operation and promotion of comprehensive industrial cities. They would also cooperate intensively regarding the industrial resource lead-in, the forging of core platforms, financial support, etc., in order to mutually promote the development of new urbanization in China. 

  

       The year 2013 is not only one of breakthroughs for Times Property but is also critical to the company's effort to realize its strategic goals. On the new historical conditions, Times Property will certainly deepen strategic cooperation, draw support from the new urbanization in China, seize opportunities and ultimately achieve a strategic breakthrough.
