On March 31, 2013, the 2013 World Team Table Tennis Championship sponsored by Times Property brought down the curtain. After the four-day long battles, Chinese man’s team and woman’s team both took team champions in the championship. So far, the World Team Table Tennis Championship sponsored by Times Property concluded successfully. On the site of the final, Shalala, the chairman of the ITTF, Wan Qingliang, Guangzhou municipal party committee secretary, and the chairman & president of Guangzhou Times Property, were invited to attend the event.

Support Chinese Man’s Team and Woman’s Team to be crowned champions
In the 2013 World Team Table Tennis Championship sponsored by Times Property, Chinese team defeated Chinese Taipei with the score at 3-1 to win the men’s table tennis in the World Championship, and kept a record of five successive champions. In the women’s team final, instead of being a slow starter, Li Xiaoxia defeated Fukuhara after three rounds. The chop player Wu Yang defeated Ishikawa Kasumi with the score at 3-0, meeting the expectations of her coach. In the doubles games, Ding Ning and Li Xiaoxia defeated Ishikawa Kasumi and Hirano Sayaka and thus Chinese team utterly defeated Japan, becoming the winner for six consecutive years. In total, Chinese teams have won the competition for eight times. It is also the first world champion after Kong Linghui’s taking office. Japanese teams had gotten the runner-up for the two consecutive years.

From the preliminaries on March 28 to the finals on March 31, Times Property, as the sponsor of the championship, had offered wonderful games and witnessed the invincible status of table tennis, “Chinese national game”.
