       On March 27, 2013, Guangzhou Private Enterprises Mobilization Meeting on the theme, "Settle in Guangzhou, Invest in Guangzhou," was held in the Guangzhou Municipal Auditorium. Wan Qingliang, the standing member of the Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, attended the meeting and gave a closing speech; Cen Zhaoxiong, the chairman and president of Times Property, was invited to the mobilization meeting and made an important public speech as one of the representatives.

       In the past few years, with the Guangzhou Municipal Government's great attention to the development of private economy, Municipal Party Committee Secretary Wan Qingliang and Mayor Chen Jianhua have, on several occasions, visited private enterprises and held discussion seminars with entrepreneurs. Based on the goal of creating beneficial conditions and a healthy business environment for the development of private enterprise, the municipal government listened to entrepreneurs' opinions and held a successful mobilization meeting. In his speech, Mr. Cen, as one of the enterprise representatives and the chairman of Times Property, said Times Property was a Guangzhou-born enterprise that would continue to take root in Guangzhou and enlarge its local investment. He also said that he believes Times Property will keep growing into a bigger, better enterprise with the strong support of the government.

       In the meeting, representatives of many other famous companies, such as Highsun Enterprises Group, Liby Group and Hornsey Pharmaceutical, also shared their opinions. Amid a lively atmosphere, Party Committee Secretary Mr. Wan gave his closing speech. He expressed his appreciation to all the enterprise representatives who had spoken at the meeting and stated that the government would increasingly support private enterprises such as Times Property. Meanwhile, he said there was special significance for Guangzhou, a commercial city with a thousand-year history, to hold this motivational conference against the background of a new urbanization policy. He also added that in the city of Guangzhou, which is full of business opportunities, he expected that all the enterprises could seize those opportunities and achieve their objectives together.

       As a Guangzhou-born enterprise, Times Property has always attached great importance to the development of Guangzhou.
