       Ever since the start of 2013, good news has kept rolling into Times Property. With the consideration and approval of the Guangdong Famous Trademark Evaluation Committee, Times Property received the certification of "Famous Trademark of Guangdong Province." Meanwhile, good news also came from the Guangzhou Administration for Industry and Commerce: Times Property was designated as a "Guangzhou Famous Trademark." These two honors show the government and society's full recognition and praise of Times Property.

       It is known that the process of selection as a "Famous Trademark of Guangdong Province" is very strict. Applicant enterprises must obtain the approval of many government departments, including Labor and Social Security; Economy and Trade; the Tax Bureau; Environmental Protection; and the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. Only after passing the investigation and gaining approval from all these departments can an enterprise be designated as a "Famous Trademark of Guangdong Province." There are also many requirements for the applicant enterprise: Its trademark must be widely known by the public and have a certifiably good reputation in the market of the relevant field; the quality and credit of its product quality must be sufficiently high; and it must have a good reputation. Over the past years, its sales volume, income, net profit and tax payment must have indicated a leading position in its industry in Guangdong, and it must cover a wide sales area. Additionally, the enterprise should have no violation of the laws and regulations of the administration of trademarks, the production and operation, labor and social security, environmental protection or safety in production. Following investigations by the relevant departments, Times Property completely met the requirements and ultimately gained the designation as a "Famous Trademark of Guangdong Province."
