       The "New Guangzhou, New Business Opportunities" 2013 Key Investment Project Promotion Event was held on March 28 at the Baiyun International Conference Center in Guangzhou. Secretary of the Guangzhou Municipal Committee of Communist Party of China (CPC) Wan Qingliang, Mayor Chen Jianhua, Director of the Standing Committee of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Congress Zhang Guifang, and Chairman of Guangzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Su Zhijia met with some of the renowned entrepreneur representatives, among whom the Chairman and President of Guangzhou Times Property Group was also invited to the event.

       That morning, the host arranged the display of the sandboxes and panels of two new towns--Landscape New Town in eastern Guangzhou and Coastal New Town in Nansha--along with the three sub-centers of Huadu, Conghua and Zengcheng, as well as nine major strategic development platforms. After the display, officials from the Municipal Committee of CPC gave themed introductions; held special promotion events for the investment of state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, Guangzhou liaison offices of other provinces and cities, foreign enterprises and Guangzhou offices of foreign organizations; and delivered a briefing on successful people's support for their rural hometowns.

       During the event, Wan Qingliang briefed present guests on the economic and social development of Guangzhou. According to Wan, standing at the start of a new chapter in history, Guangzhou should greatly improve its approval and service efficiency, create first-class conditions and an environment in which entrepreneurs can invest and take root in Guangzhou; repay entrepreneurs who care about and support the city's development with a more sincere embrace, more qualified services and more fruitful rewards; and eventually realize mutual benefits and a win-win situation. During the promotion event, President Cen attended the signing ceremony, communicated with officials from the Municipal Committee of CPC and extended his gratitude to the Municipal Committee for holding the event.

       From the initial stage of the entrepreneurship to the present development and achievement, Times Property has attached importance to its development in Guangzhou and witnessed the changes in the city. In the future, Times Property will base itself on its birthplace of Guangzhou and thereby establish better projects, achieving more glory with the city.
