       On June 1, dozens of officers of CPPCC in Yuexiu District and members of its Economic Committee, accompanied by Times Property Group Vice President Guan Jianhui and received by Mr. Tan, general manager of the Zhuhai and Zhongshan branches, inspected the projects of Times Property Zhongshan Branch. The officers were full of praise for the quality of the artistic Times Property products.

       At ten o'clock in the morning, officers visited the stilt floor of Times Mont Blanc (Zhongshan), which was built with precious stones and furnished with sculptures and paintings by renowned artists. The luxurious decoration made the place resemble a private art gallery. It drew the officers' interest and aroused heated appraisal and discussion. During the visit to the sample house of Mont Blanc, the dapping-layer villa with area ranging up to 520 square meters, officers appreciated the cozy but luxurious functional domains and the picturesque view overlooking Qijiang Park.

       After the visit to Mont Blanc, the officers, accompanied by Mr. Guan and leaders of the Zhuhai and Zhongshan branches, went to Times King City (Zhongshan). The project is embedded with aesthetic gardens of neo-classicism style, 800-square-meter lawns, a 50x25-meter international-standard pool, a top-class Hong Kong-style recreation clubhouse and other excellent facilities. The artistic sample house of 129 square meters, representing the second phase of Times King City (Zhongshan), made a major breakthrough in the concept of a traditional residence. Its innovative style has enjoyed popularity in the market. The officers learned about the trend through the visit.

       After the tour and inspection, the officers arrived at the clubhouse. Mr. Guan and leaders played ping-pong and competed with each other amid a pleasant atmosphere. They also heard the introduction of Times Property and Zhongshan Branch's projects, as given by the staff. Thus they were able to experience the concept of Times Property as a "life stylist."

       Times Mont Blanc (Zhongshan) and Times King City (Zhongshan), as classic luxurious villas, are typical sample communities of urban construction in Zhongshan. Leaders and committee members spoke highly of the visit, which was praised for both Zhongshan projects and the quality of Times Property as a "life stylist."
