In the newly released list of honorees in the Hospitality Design Awards (HD Awards), the Times Bund (Guangzhou) Club, under Time Property, was included among the winners in this internationally renowned competition, which gathers outstanding space-design works from all over the world and represents a grand occasion in the industry. 

   

The HD Awards, held annually by Hospitality Design magazine, is an international ceremony for the space-design industry, attracting prestigious design companies from around the world to compete on the same stage. The panel is usually composed of highly respected professionals and leading experts from the industry, and enjoys worldwide influence. For this reason the HD Awards are among of the most sought-after honors in the interior design industry.

The latest award is a great addition to the reputation enjoyed by Times Property. At the beginning of 2013, Ocean Times (Guangzhou) won the honorary awards of 2012 ICIAD and 2012 APIDA (H.K.). Winning in the ninth HD Awards (2013) certainly says a lot about Times Property's glory and its "life stylist" concept.

The stylish, luxurious homes of Times Bund (Guangzhou) have led the way in high-class living in Guangzhou, reviving a taste for luxury with art. The newly released 270-m2 units with river views were designed by the director general of ACLA, an internationally famous landscape design company. The new units, with their exclusive views, are serenaded by city life.
