Baiyun Government Officers Visit Culture Complex, Supporting City Planning and Construction
On the afternoon of August 7, Ye Niuping, head of Baiyun District, arrived at Times Culture Complex Phase II together with other officers and held a conference with the full participation of Times Property President Cen Zhaoxiong, and Luo Zenghua, the general manager of Times Property's commercial branch. During the conference, issues such as parking facility construction for Times Culture Complex Phase II and land for future residential development in phases III and IV were discussed.
Head of Baiyun District Promises Full Support for Phase II Construction
The parking-facility construction of Time Culture Complex Phase II was originally planned to synchronize with the construction of the Migrant Workers' Museum. However, with a short construction period and limited resources it didn't go as planned, as Migrant Workers' Museum was listed as a priority. With the development of investment attraction, equipping the project with the corresponding parking facilities has becoming a prominent issue. During the conference, Times Property suggested that the construction of the parking facility should begin as soon as possible. The district head, along with officers of other district government departments, showed their determined support and promised as much future cooperation as possible.
The planning of Times Culture Complex phases III and IV continues to face many difficulties. Under the district head's leadership, the conference warmly discussed how to efficiently push the project development forward and reached a very promising agreement that the construction of Times Culture Complex phases III and IV will receive full support from the district government so as to accelerate its progress.
Culture Complex Becomes the New Love of the Government and the Commercial Circle
The Cultural Complex has long been heavily favored by the government and the commercial circle. Last year, Wang Yang, the former Provincial Party Committee secretary and present vice-premier of the P.R.C., generously gave his high praise to the project. More recently, at the beginning of this year, officers from the Guangzhou Urban Redevelopment Office visited in order to learn about advanced experiences. In May, Liu Yi, the deputy head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, along with leaders from subordinate offices, initiated an on-the-spot investigation of Times Cultural Complex. Thus the Complex has received high praise from many government leaders, which indicates the huge contribution that Times Property makes to city development.
Listed as one of the investment projects at the "New Guangzhou, New Business Opportunities" 2013 Key Investment Project Promotion Event, the Cultural Complex is a subproject of a major investment project of 2013 in Guangzhou: the Creative Industry Center of Baiyu District. Meanwhile, it was honored as the "2013 Recommended E-business Zone" in "From Guangdong to the World: The E-commerce Industry Cooperation Summit of 2013."
Being the first creative office-building project of Times Property, the Cultural Complex has since its opening earned a high reputation in the industry as well as close attention from society. Under the leadership of the Baiyun District government, we have faith that any possible difficulty in the future construction of Times Culture Complex will be overcome and that its development progress will accelerate in order to achieve the goal of establishing a new cultural landmark for Guangzhou.
