Foshan Branch Joyfully Celebrates Relocation to AIA Central
On September 24, 2013, the Foshan branch officially moved to the twenty-sixth floor of AIA Central (AIA Tower) along Qiandeng Lake. At 11 a.m., the occupation ceremony was held with the attendance of Guan Jianhui, the vice president of the Operation Management Center of Times Group; Li Qiang, the vice president of the Enterprise Management Center of Times Property; Qiu Ping, a special assistant to the president of Times Property; Li Weihong, an assistant to the president of Times Property; Zhou Siyang, the general manager of the Foshan branch; and other members of management.
On the morning of September 24, all the staff of the Foshan branch and many distinguished guests gathered in the twenty-sixth floor of AIA Central to attend the occupation ceremony. The ceremony was launched upon the ardent wishes of the crowd, with the administrators burning incense and worshiping in the hope of a flourishing development and another great achievement of the Foshan branch in this new region. According to the Chinese custom, when moving into a building the tenants shall undertake worship in the four corners of the house: the west, east, north and south. This is called "Bai Sijiao" (worshiping to the four corners) in Chinese and honors the traditional Chinese virtue of politeness. During the ceremony the staff and guests, led by Mr. Zhou, complied with the tradition, hoping for peace and prospect. At the end of the ceremony, Mr. Zhou distributed lai see (a red paper bag with a little money in it, which stands for good luck and happiness) to the others and took a group photo to mark the occasion with all the people present.
The Foshan branch of Times Property is now located on the twenty-sixth floor of AIA Central, No. 1 Denghu Rd., Nanhai District, Foshan. The new office, with a capacity of 60 people, was designed in the form of open-plan offices featuring simplicity, professionalism and fashionability, and officially started operation on September 24, 2013. It is a symbolic gesture of the Foshan branch toward the new region, manifesting the determination and ability of Times Property to develop and further propel its business in Foshan.
The Foshan branch, upholding the principles of Times Property, will exclusively and ceaselessly pursue its efforts on the road to becoming a true life stylist. The best is yet to come for Times Property's Foshan branch.
