At 9:30 on December 11, 2013, Mr. Shum Chiu Hung, the Executive Director, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Times Property, rang the opening bell to announce the official listing of Times Property (1233.HK) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (SEHK), which marked its official launch in the international capital market.

 

 

At around 9 a.m., many senior executives of Times Property gathered at SEHK to witness the listing moment. As President Shum Chiu Hung rang the bell, Times Property officially entered the global capital market. After the listing ceremony, Times Property exchanged gifts with representatives from SEHK in a warm and exciting atmosphere. The promotion video of Times Property was also displayed to present its characteristics as a "life stylist" in the real estate industry.
