With the theme of "Thank You for Your Company Along the Way," the banquet for celebration of Times Property's listing was held at the Guangzhou Four Seasons Hotel on December 13, 2013. Representatives from provincial and municipal governments, enterprises, investment banks and other institutions gathered together to celebrate Times Property's successful listing on SEHK. Aimed at expressing the sincere gratitude of Times Property for the strong support from all walks of life, the banquet was organized in a harmonious and warm atmosphere.

Leaders of provincial and municipal governments present in the banquet included former Mayor of Guangzhou Mr. Li Ziliu, Executive Vice Mayor of Guangzhou Mr. Chen Rugui, Chairman of Guangzhou CPPCC Mr. Su Zhijia, Vice Chairman of Guangzhou CPPCC Mr. Ping Xinguang, Head of Yuexiu District Mr. Wang Huanqing and Secretary of Guangdong Youth League Committee Ms. Zeng Yingru. Representatives from enterprises and investment banks included Chairman of Kingfa Sci. & Tech. Co., Ltd. Mr. Yuan Zhimin, Managing Director of UBS Investment Bank Mr. Huang Yuanzheng and General Manager of Haitong International Securities Group Limited Mr. Liu Yunpu.

The banquet started with the Crystal Ball Dance performed by Mr. Chen Xinghe, the famous performer from Taiwan known as "the Light of Taiwan." Running in hands, jumping between arms and travelling among fingers, the crystal ball seemed to be part of Chen. The wonderful performance was greeted with a burst of warm applause. Mr. Chen Xinghe is the first Chinese to perform in the Cirque de Soleil, the world-class performing troupe with a well-deserved reputation for its greatest art performance. The crossover of art and the benchmark enterprise in the humanistic and artistic real estate industry perfectly reflected Times Property's characteristics as a "life stylist."

After the dancing performance, the video about Times Property's listing process was displayed on the big screen. All the audience members were touched by the hard work of Times Property's staff and the joyful moments on the listing day shown in the video.

The Executive Director, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Times Property Mr. Shum Chiu Hung delivered a speech in the banquet saying that each step Times Property has taken results from the hard work of Times Members, supports from the government and trust from our partners. It was their encouragement that helped Times Property succeed. Mr. Shum further expressed his belief that with Times Members, the government and our partners' companionship along the way, Times Property would certainly have a brighter future. The heart-warming speech inspired our staff to make further progress in the future opportunities as Times Property became listed in the stock market.

As representatives from the government, investment banks and enterprises, Deputy Head of Yuexiu District Mr. Lai Zhihong, Managing Director of UBS Investment Bank Mr. Huang Yuanzheng, General Manager of Haitong International Securities Group Limited Mr. Liu Yunpu and Chairman of Kingfa Sci. & Tech. Co., Ltd. Mr. Yuan Zhimin also delivered speeches and extended their heartfelt wishes to Times Property. An euphonious violin performance, enthusiastic tenor singing and jazz music added more glamour to the banquet. In the end, all the guests proposed a toast to wish a better future for Times Property.

Times Property's successful listing is the fruit of hard work from all our staff for over a decade and support from our partners. It is a new milestone in the development of Times Property. As Times Property enters the international capital market, it will normalize its internal operations along with the expansion of business scale, in order to maintain healthy and sustainable development.
