On December 20, 2013, Zhuhai branch of Times Property appropriated RMB one billion in a bid for the Z.G.T.C. 20133-33 piece of land in the western flank of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The floor area of the project is almost 300,000 square meters. This was the second time that Times Property had focused on a bid following Times King Property (Zhuhai) and this was also the eighth project after its establishment in Zhuhai City.

The piece is located in Huxin Road in Doumen, commanding a view along a river and adjacent to the Xianghai Road exit of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge in the west flank. It is also the core of the promoter region at the center of western Zhuhai and one of the most potential areas in Zhuhai. Such outstanding conditions also drew attention of other famous real estate developers, such as Poly Real Estate (Group) Co., Ltd., China Merchants Property Development Co., Ltd. and Gree Real Estate.

Times Property closed the deal after several rounds of bidding and the bid price was RMB 3370 per square meter with a premium of 41%. Times Property had the authority of developing the almost 300,000-square-meter land for commercial and residential purposes. According to the government notice, the lot area is 119169.41 square meters in total. The land was designed to be used as a commercial and housing area with a plot ratio of 2.5 and the starting price was RMB2375 per square meter.
