Recently Times Property held our senior management strategic symposium and investment symposium at Guangzhou Oriental Resort. Senior executives of our group attended this event. Topics that have attracted lively discussions are land expansion, urban market development and city selection. This strategic symposium being successfully held will both lift the future development strategy to a higher level and ensure the stable, rapid, wholesome maturing of Times Property.

This year witnessed the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee unfolding a new chapter of the reformation outlook for the next decade in China. The world economy starts to trend upwards, which is a delightful relief for everyone and China is now on its ground zero of another wave of economic prosperity. Meanwhile our group has also attained felicitous breakthroughs: being successfully listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange, speedy increases in our business scale, further improvements in our product standardization process, and constant growths in our operational efficiency. These positive happenings taking place in both internal and external environments are going to pave solid ground work for the expeditious development of the next three years.

This symposium was co-held by the group's executive office and investment and development center. Three key topics went through our discussion: land expansion, urban market development and city selection. Via this strategic symposium, we have thrown clearer light on the strategy and policy of land banking, specified the strategic direction of zeroing in on developing markets in the Pearl River Delta, and established the development goal of becoming the flagship of the industry in cities where our group has projects.

In the end, our president Mr. Shum Chiu Hung capped the whole symposium with his summary. Mr. Shum emphasized the decisive role of land expansion plays in the survival and prosperity of a company and raised the request of keeping increasing the company's ability with regard to land investment and land expansion. He also set the goal for our company, which is attaching importance to the company's stronghold--the Pearl River Delta region and striving to secure our leading position in the market. In closing, Mr. Shum called upon us to keep up with our good work and join forces with each other in the endeavor to turn Times Property into the most outstanding real estate enterprise in China.
