On February 18 2014, the unveiling ceremony of Urban Youth Business Incubator was grandly held at Times Culture Complex, after which came the Guangzhou "Youth League Members Meeting with NPC and CPPC Members" activity. Among those over 70 people who attended this event were Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Congress Zhao Xiaosui, Secretary of the Guangzhou Municipal Youth League Committee Wei Guohua, Guangzhou NPC members, CPPC members, and youngsters from different business teams.

Everyone first toured around the Youth League center in our property as well as viewed the struggle and success of common migrant workers in Guangzhou whose photos were exhibited in the center. Those who were present gave out praises for the positive role the center played in passing upright energy of diligence to our youth and exalting their morale.

Later on, Mr. Wei, the secretary of the Guangzhou Municipal Youth League Committee, Mr. Feng Xingshu, the deputy director of the Guangzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Mr. Shum Chiu Hung, the vice chairman of the Guangzhou Youth Federation in Guangzhou and also the president of Times Group, along with other important leaders unveiled the nameplate for the Guangzhou Urban Youth Business Incubator and then awarded the keys to the site to representatives of different business teams that were among the first batch to earn the free admission to our incubator base. We sincerely wish to be the honorable witness of their career prosperity.

On the face-to-face symposium, government officials like NPC members Lei Jianwei and Xie Fuen, and CPPC members Cai Li and Xie Xiaoxia exchanged entrepreneurial experience and managerial expertise with representatives of youth business teams and then asked for their opinions and advice. The face-to-face symposium is an effective channel through which our young friends can vocalize their ideas; it's also a platform where one can share and exchange thoughts. So as to better serve these business teams, Times Culture Complex as the headquarters of Guangzhou Urban Youth Business Incubator took the initiative in collecting and analyzing valuable advice and solving practical difficulties for business startup and employment of young adults in Guangzhou.

The Urban Youth Business Incubator is located in Block C, Phase II of Times Culture Complex and we provide youth business groups with office space as large as over a thousand square meters along with rich resources such as office supplies, services, special supporting funds, entrepreneurial instructions and trainings, etc. In addition, Times Culture Complex also introduces venture capital companies into the incubator base in order to offer preliminary fund investment.

Since its initial preparation, this project has won unanimous recognition and approval from the public. Times Property, as an enterprise that has a strong sense of social responsibility, will exhaust its ability in paving a promising development path for adolescents devoted to business, facilitating resource sharing among them and finally making their business dreams come true.
