On March 21, accompanied by the senior executives of Times Property Group, including President Shum Chiu Hung, Assistant to the president Li Weihong and Qingyuan branch General Manager Yu Fei, Vice President of South China Normal University (SCNU) Hu Qintai, Division Chief Zhang Zhongren and the Headmaster of the Affiliated Primary School of SCNU Lv Yixin and other members visited and inspected Times King City (Qingyuan), the land planned for school construction and the surroundings. After that they convened an exchange symposium in the conference room of the Marketing Centre.

Accompanied by President Shum, the guests first visited the club, garden, sample houses of Times King City (Qingyuan) and the land planned for school construction and its surroundings. During the visit, the guests highly praised the outstanding quality of Times Property's products and the core brand idea of "life stylist."

During the symposium, Qingyuan branch General Manager Yu Fei, on behalf of the branch, delivered a speech to the guests, introducing Times Property and Qingyuan branch, objectively analyzing the current environment for school running, existent schools and teacher-student structure in Qingyuan City, and expressing the good aspiration of Times Property to actively drive the development of Qingyuan's education. The visitors led by President Hu Qintai fully approved Times Property's determination and sincerity in promoting regional educational development and stated their strong confidence in the comprehensive strength of Times Property and great expectation of the school-running prospect in Qingyuan. Both sides further discussed the school-running mode, the introduction and cultivation pattern of teaching staff which the Affiliated Primary School of SCNU would adopt for its future school running in Qingyuan, hoping that they could jointly push forward the development of basic education in Qingyuan.
