On April 16, 2014, Times Property spent RMB 600 million on three lots for commercial and residential purposes in Rongli Community, Ronggui Sub-district, Shunde District, and the project covers a total floor area of 300,000 m². It was the first project of Times Property in Shunde.

The three lots adjoin each other and cover a total area of 125,800 m². The total opening bid was RMB 603 million and the opening accommodation value was RMB 1,920/m². Each of the three lots has a plot ratio of 2.5. The largest lot is No. 8 on Xinyou Road, and it is for urban residential and commercial purposes, covering an area of 61,565 m² and with an opening bid of RMB 295 million; the second largest is No. 6 on Xinyou Road, covering an area of 32,156 m² and with an opening bid of RMB 154 million; No. 6 on Xinhe Road covering an area of 32,060 m² has an opening bid of RMB 153 million.

The project is located east of Ronggui which is covered by Shunde New City as a major area of Ronggui's development plan. It enjoys convenient traffic with Guizhou Avenue Stop of Foshan Metro Line 3 under construction within 800 meters on the south and it is only 1.5 km from Ronggui Stop on Guangzhou-Zhuhai Intercity Railway. Surrounded by complete support facilities, it has New Guizhou Hospital which is the largest tertiary level-3 hospital in Ronggui, Donghu Park and educational facilities.
