With great support of the Management Committee and the Construction Bureau of Nansha District and with the joint efforts of all the member units, the Guangzhou Nansha New District Association of Real Property was established on May 23, 2014, becoming the first district-level association of real property among the ten districts in Guangzhou. Consisting of over thirty member units, the Association is headed by Mr. Bai Xihong, the vice president of Guangzhou Times Property Group and the general manager of the Guangzhou branch.

To promote the reform of the housing system and the development of the real estate industry in Nansha District, collaborate with government departments in all tasks, and undertake other businesses authorized by the government and relevant departments as an assistant to the government, the Nansha New District Association of Real Property was established on May 23, attracting attention from the real estate industry across the city.

As the first association of this kind, it aims to reinforce the exchange, cooperation and innovation among enterprises, strengthen the communication between the member units and the government and the society, and ensure fair competition in the industry. Moreover, it will help accelerate the sound and orderly development of the real estate industry in Nansha New District by building supporting platforms and offering services.

At present, the association comprises over thirty member units, including enterprises specialized in property investment, development and management. Bai Xihong, the vice president of Guangzhou Times Property Group and the GENERAL MANAGer of the Guangzhou branch serves as the chairman of the Association while enterprise representatives like Deng Weijie, the vice president of Galaxy Group as the vice-chairman, working together to push forward the real estate industry in Nansha District.

As the chairman of the Association, Mr. Bai said that he feels a strong sense of responsibility for the organization and will faithfully perform his duties specified in the regulations of the association and strive for efficient management and completion of all missions. He added that he would constantly enhance self-cultivation and regulate management, serve the government, the member units and devote himself to the reform and development of the industry with great enthusiasm, thus transforming the association into a top-class one in Guangzhou.
