On May 25, 2014, "We Are Young" commemoration of 60^th anniversary of Guangdong Youth Federation and 2014 "Close to Youth" Celebration--the two activities hosted by Guangdong Provincial Communist Youth League Committee and Guangdong Youth Federation, were held in Shamian Street, Liwan District, Guangzhou. Secretary of Guangdong Provincial Communist Youth League Committee Zeng Yingru, Deputy Secretary of Guangdong Provincial Communist Youth League Committee & Deputy Secretary of Guangdong Youth Federation Chen Hongyu, Executive Director, Chairman and CEO of Times Property Mr. Shum Chiu Hung, Secretary-general of Times Property Charity Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "Times Charity Fund") Li Juan, commissioners of Guangdong Youth Federation and over 500 delegates of youth social organizations presented at the activities.

To support youth public-benefit activities, Times Charity Fund donated RMB 1 million to establish Guangdong Youth Public Affair and Development Fund to support social affairs for the youth, including development of positions for youth affairs, construction of key training bases and cultivation of talents.
