Times Property Wins Asia Pacific Property Awards

After winning the iF Product Design Award, the "Oscar for Industrial Design," in February, 2014, Times Property extended its global journey of glory by winning another award. The other day in Kuala Lumper, Malaysia, among the classic works of 26 competing nations from Asia Pacific for the highest glory in Asia Pacific real estate industry, the No.10 Art Gallery of Times Bund (Guangzhou) from Guangzhou Times Property stood out and won the Chinese Outstanding Leisure Architecture Award.

Times Property Gains Championship against Hundreds of Projects in Asia Pacific

The Asia Pacific Property Awards, originating from the International Property Awards, and the review committee of which is comprised of over 70 experienced experts, is the highest globally-recognized honor for real estate service. It is aimed to praise the most distinguished property development projects in the world, hence enjoying high reputation in the international real estate industry. Since 2008, the Asia Pacific Property Awards has been added in order to commend excellent property projects of the area.

In 2014, the Asia Pacific Property Awards was held at Shangri-La Hotel in Malaysia, a member of the economic and cultural zone of Southeast Asia in order to extol the most outstanding property projects. Many classic projects flocked to the competition and nearly 120 were from China.

As one major prize of the Asia Pacific Property Awards, competition for the Chinese Outstanding Leisure Architecture Award was highly fierce with relevant materials of dozens of projects submitted. Eventually, the No. 10 Art Gallery of Times Bund won the glory and became the only winner for that award.

The No. 10 Art Gallery can be rated as the biggest piece of art of Times Bund (Guangzhou). It is equipped with an intelligent dimming system and a background music system so that music dwells in every corner. What's equally impressive is the streamlined, pure white ladder which extends to the Sales Department and makes the whole staircase an art piece. Times Property Wins an Avalanche of International Design Awards

The No.10 Art Gallery of Times Bund which has received three design awards since its completion gained another victory, the Chinese Outstanding Leisure Architecture Award of the 2014-2015 Asia Pacific Property Awards. This is recognition of the endeavor and devotion of the team and a proof of the accomplishment of the Gallery.

From the Hospitality Design Awards, New York in September 2013, to the Annual Asia Pacific Best Club Design Award in the same month in Chicago, and to the FX International Design Award in London at the end of the same year, the No. 10 Art Gallery of Times Bund has paved its way with its international and artistic charm to be the first community club that has gained international awards in South China, having its followers all over the world appreciate the international style of Times Property.

Additionally, the international iF Product Design Award, hailed as the Oscar for Industrial Design held its award ceremony on February 28 in Munich. Out of the 4615 pieces of work from 55 countries, the Investment Center for Culture Complex of Guangzhou Times Property, the work of Gu Teng, chief interior designer of Times Property, won the iF Gold Award, the highest award in the iF Communication Design (Interior) discipline. Gu was one of the only five Chinese winners in the competition. The prize is a perfect extension of Times Property's design style and further demonstrates the superb, fashionable and artistic charm of Times Property.
