Recently, the award ceremony of the 1^st Youth Creative Entrepreneurship Contest was held at the convention center of the Culture Complex. Co-hosted by the Communist Youth League of Guangzhou Municipal Party Committee, Guangzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Guangdong Guangzhou Daily Media Co., Ltd., and co-organized by entities including Times Property Holdings Limited, the contest came to a smooth end with its award ceremony participated in by more than 600 people including government leaders such as Li Li, deputy director of Guangzhou Municipal People's Congress, Gong Erzhen, deputy mayor of Guangzhou Municipal Government, Ping Xinguang and vice chairman of Guangzhou Municipal CPPCC, the 52 winning teams, as well as the responsible persons of youth leagues of 20 universities in Guangzhou and the representatives of partner enterprises. Mr. Shum Chiu Hung, president of Times Property, and Luo Zen hua, general manager of the business company of Times Property, were invited and acted as important award presenters.

After the six-month reviews for the preliminary, semi-final and final contests, the first, second, third prizes, the merit award, and the best market potential award for the groups of e-business, new media design and Lingnan creative cultural products of the Contest was awarded to 52 competitors (teams) from institutions like Sun Yat-Sen University.

To provide the youth entrepreneurs with support, the sponsors had set up Guangzhou Youth Venture Funds of RMB 10 million and a mentor group of 50 persons, organized more than 170 entrepreneurship tour lectures, training camps and salons, and 30 project coordination meetings for the projects, and acquired venture funds for the projects that amounted to RMB 10.30 million. The Guangzhou Youth Venture and Employment Incubation Base was set up at the Innovation Park of Culture Complex as free office space for the 52 winning teams. The settled teams are endowed with 13 preferential policies, such as office service, formality handling service, special funds, subsidies for warehousing and the projects, venture investment and financing services, and guidance and training.

Guangzhou Youth Venture and Employment Incubation Base, a platform created by Times Property, has linked academic institutions with society for idea exchange and resource sharing so as to offer more quality services to more entrepreneurs by way of integrating resources and accumulating young entrepreneurs. Thus it represents the intense sense of mission and social responsibility of Times Property to support young people's entrepreneurship dreams.

Guangzhou Youth Venture and Employment Incubation Base (abbreviated as the Base) was built by Times Property, and is co-operated and administrated by the Communist Youth League of Guangzhou Municipal Party Committee, Guangdong Guangzhou Daily Media Co., Ltd., and the Innovation Park of Culture Complex. Located in the second and third floors of Building C2 in the Innovation Park of Culture Complex in Baiyun District, the Base covers an area of 1154 square meters, of which the incubation area covers 800 square meters. The Base is facilitated with computers, printers, copiers, file cabinets, air conditioners, etc., and public areas such as meeting rooms, negotiation rooms, leisure area, and storage rooms. Meanwhile, a professional incubation service team has been set up to offer a series of services, including formality handling service, event planning, market linkage, the third-partner operators of the projects, and investment and financing.
