Another Land Reserve: Times Property Wins a Lot at Nansha Bantou Village with More than RMB 500 Million

After the Qingyuan branch won the No. 3 Lot of Times King City with RMB 198 million on April 23, Times Property successfully got another land reserve this month. With several field visits and full preparation, Times Property won a plot of land at Nansha District with RMB 522.5 million at 15:00 on June 20, 2014, laying a solid foundation for the group's development in Guangzhou area.

Occupying an area of about 62664 m2 in total and a net utilization area of 45593 m2, the land is located at the junction of Jinlong Road and Shuangshan Avenue, Bantou Village, Nansha Street, Nansha District. The land has been leveled and the land is planned for both residential and commercial use. The authorized years of land use will be expired on June 19, 2084. The maximum plot ratio of the land is 3.0 while the maximum building density is 35%. The height restriction for the buildings constructed upon the land is 100 meters.

Besides, the land is located in the core of Nansha area with a full range of supporting facilities. It is also near the Jinzhou Station of Metro Line 4 and the biggest business center of Nansha area. As a state-level new area in Guangzhou, Nansha District is significant because it is another main state-level new area set up by the government in one of the three leading areas of economic development--Beijing-Tianji-Hebei region along the eastern costal, the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta--after Shanghai Pudong New Area and Tianjin Binhai New Area. Besides, the land is pretty precious because there is a fairly limited supply of developable lands in Nansha Street, where the project located. The success in winning the land this time shows Times Property's comprehensive strength.

As an economically advanced city in China, Guangzhou is also one of the most livable cities in the world. With the integration of Zhuhai, Zhongshan and Jiangmen being strengthened and the privilege brought by Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, Nansha District has a bright future. Located in the core of Nansha area, the living and investment value of this land will gradually be enhanced. Times Property will continue to construct refined residential community on this plot of land as the extension and upgrading of previous projects in Nansha area and devote itself to help more Guangzhou residents to realize the life to which they can look forward.
