Only two weeks from the construction inauguration of Times King City (Shunde), Times Cloud Atlas (Foshan) Phase II hosted its ground-breaking ceremony on the afternoon of June 25, 2014. Attendees included senior leaders such as Chief Engineer of Times Group Li Ding, Deputy General Engineering Manager of Foshan branch Yu Yongguang, Deputy General Marketing Manager of Foshan branch Zhang Huabin, General Property Management Manager of Foshan branch Yang Zhi, etc. as well as many other colleague representatives from the Design and Research Center and the Project Management Center of Times Group, and the Guangzhou and Foshan branches.

At the construction site, colorful flags floating, firecrackers volleying and machines roaring like a concerto for the commencement, all greeted the present guests. Led by senior leaders from each management layer, all staff members sincerely burned joss sticks for blessing. Afterwards, everyone shared a roasted pig and apples as a symbol of "safety." In a festive and joyful atmosphere, the inauguration of Times Cloud Atlas (Foshan) Phase II was completed successfully.

The bidding for the land parcel close to Times Cloud Atlas (Foshan) Phase I was won on January 9, 2014. Adjacent to the Chao'an subway station, the project boasts the advantages of both Guicheng District and Chancheng District and is located in the key development zone planned by the government for the future five years. With an overall floorage of 350,000 square meters, Times Cloud Atlas (Foshan) will be constructed into a large-scale complex featuring residence, apartment, office building and commerce.

As a masterpiece of Times Property's entering into the Guicheng and Chancheng markets, Times Cloud Atlas (Foshan) has gained excellent sales performance and good reputation since its opening at the end of last year. Yet the official inauguration of Phase II will accelerate Times Cloud Atlas' development. The Foshan branch will inherit the principles of Times Property, making Times Cloud Atlas (Foshan) a model community of Foshan and "helping more people to achieve the life to which they can look forward!"
