As the backbone in the upgrading of southwestern Foshan, Beijiang New District, the core residential area of Foshan's Sanshui District received, on July 23, the Fohan Municipal Party Secretary Liu Yue Lun, Acting Mayor Lu Yi and other members of the inspectorate. Secretary Liu paid special attention to Times City (Foshan) project and spoke highly of this mature neighborhood built by Times Property with an area encompassing a million square meters. He also conveyed his high expectation for the project.

Beijiang New District, as a critical part of the strategy of "expansion in the north and west" of Sanshui City, has begun to take shape. During the tour, Secretary Liu was impressed with this million-square-meter neighborhood carefully built by Times Property.

Secretary Liu made a speech during his stay in Times City and expressed his satisfaction with Times Property’s urban renovation achievement. Xiqing Avenue is put into service and opens to traffic now while the Xinan Avenue will be completed by the end of this year. Beijiang Primary School, Cultural Center and Xindongli Square will be constructed in the future, ensuring a promising future for Beijiang New District.
