In September 2014, Guangzhou Times Property Management Co., Ltd. won the title of "2014 China Property Management Benchmarking Enterprise" in the 2014 China Property and Housing Industry Summit Forum hosted by the Technology and Industrialization Development Center of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and undertaken by Urban Development, a periodical publishing office.

More than 220 people participated in the forum, including Liu Zhifeng, president of China Real Estate Industry Association and former minister of Ministry of Construction, and Shen Jianzhong, head of Department of Real Estate Market Supervision of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, as well as the editorial board members and judges from Urban Development, representatives of the journal's allied organizations, the persons in charge of outstanding property management service enterprises and experts.

As one of the activities of the 13^th China International Exhibition on Housing Industry in 2014, and under the theme of "Co-build Home of Tomorrow, Develop Low-carbon Economy," and focusing on internationality, technology, and professionalism, the forum highlighted the internationally latest zero-energy-conservation housing system, and displayed housing industrialization technology for land-and-energy-saving environmental protection apartments in order to guide the housing industry to improve performances and drive the growth of housing industrialization. Another highlight of the forum was to display the achievements of the leading enterprises in housing industrialization, and promoted the establishment of procurement information platform for low-cost housing construction materials and components. It also continued to exhibit the ten key promotional techniques of the land-and-energy-saving environmental protection housing industry. Enterprises and projects that had made outstanding contributions to urban construction, housing industry, living environment, and industry development were awarded in the forum, in which Guangzhou Times Property Management Co., Ltd. won the title of "2014 China Property Management Benchmarking Enterprise."

In addition, the participants of the forum shared experiences and had in-depth discussion concerning the transformation and upgrading of property management companies. They agreed on the application of mobile Internet technology in residential estate, and achieved a unified understanding of the way to promote community intellectual management and to provide conveniences for residents.
