On November 15, 2014, the 2015 campus recruitment of Times Property officially concluded with the closing of the campus recruitment interview process at the last destination of the Times Property campus tour in Guangzhou. Times Property carried out teach-ins at dozens of key domestic universities in five cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan and Changsha. Each of the teach-ins was packed, and 25,000 online and offline resumes were received.

Times Property's campus recruitment program featured a relaxing, pleasant form of the teach-ins. The unique contents of the teach-ins perfectly matched up Times Property's corporate philosophy of "life stylist," conveying a refreshing feeling to the students present. In the teach-ins, the company's senior management first shared stories about themselves and Times Property with the students; then the Group's Human Resources Director Mr. Luan drew a clear outline of Times Property and elaborated on the " New Youth Project." Successive new youth delegates shared their mentality of going from a student joining Times Property to an outstanding contributor in the workplace, triggering a strong resonance among the students. After the teach-ins, students continued to ask questions about Times Property's "New Youth Project" in the hope of understanding Times Property's corporate culture and future prospects.

After the regional teach-ins, Times Property carried out campus recruitment and interviews in full swing. Student applicants can only beat others and eventually win a precious place among Times Property's "2015 New Youth" by passing a number of sessions of selections, including resume screening, a written exam, group interview PK and the final face-to-face re-examination by the interviewers.
