On November 20, after nearly 17 bids, Times Property finally won a plot of residential/commercial land on the west side of Denghu West Road, Guicheng Sub-district, Foshan. The accommodation value is RMB 7623.29/m² at a premium rate of 17%, giving the plot the highest accommodation value in Naihai District, Foshan this year.

The plot bid by Times Property (Foshan) is located in the CBD of Qiandenghu Lake and the last piece of well-located residential land at Qiandenghu Lake. It is equipped with a mature road network in the surrounding area as well as convenient transportation: Nanhai Avenue, on the west side of the plot, is the main road running through the Guicheng Sub-district and Chancheng District, and Qiandenghu Lake on the north side is only a 15-minute drive to Fangcun, Guangzhou and only 1.2 km from Qiandenghu Lake.

The plot boasts complete surrounding support facilities, only a road from the Poly Water City Shopping Center and 1 km from Wanda Plaza. Three kindergartens are located in the vicinity of the plot, which is also close to Nanhai Experimental Primary School and just 900 meters from the top municipal Guijiang Primary School. Additionally, within a kilometer in the surrounding area there are Qiandenghu Lake Park, Sports Park for Public Fitness and Denghu Municipal Park (under construction) and Guangdong Provincial Hospital within two kilometers in the surrounding area; and Guicheng Hospital and the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine within two kilometers. The region is one of the best in Foshan with respect to support facilities, educational resources and living environment.

"The plot is equipped with complete support facilities in its surroundings and is situated in the core of Qiandenghu Lake, so the price is quite favorable when one takes the location into account." After the successful bid for the plot, the deputy marketing general manager of Times Property (Foshan) Zhang Huabin commented that the transaction price was reasonable in comparison to the previous transaction price in the region of Qiandenghu Lake, though it was the unit-price land king in Naihai District this year.
