On January 8, 2015, Times Property won the bid for a quality land plot in Zengcheng District, Guangzhou with RMB 680 million and made a good beginning for the New Year! This plot is a residential land in Jiuru Village, Yongning Subdistrict, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, covering a gross area of 94,000 square meters and floor area of 300,000 square meters. This project is the second project of Times Property in Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, after the success of Times King City (Zengcheng)!

The plot is in the center of Zengcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, Guangzhou. It is in the central area of Guangzhou “East Axle” and on a critical node of “Gold Corridor” of Guangzhou, Dongguan and Shenzhen, and it is an important component of “Dongjiang New Zone” of the “sub-center, ecological zone in the north, science and education zone, and Dongjiang new zone” plan of Zengcheng District.
