Zhaopin.com 2014 Top 10 China Best Employer Award was held in Sanya and came to a successful end. Times Property won the “China Most Potential Employer Award 2014” with its market influence and good image as an employer.

Times Property wins an award among other well-known enterprises 

“China Best Employer Award” was initiated and presented by Zhaopin.com. and Corporate Social Responsibility and Employer Brand Communication Research Center of Peking University -- a professional academic institution for research on employers. The award is called the “Oscar” in human resources industry and aims to evaluate and encourage enterprises with the best employer brands, and spread “Best Employer” and its stories to the whole society through mass media. Enterprises are made aware of the importance of talents and how to attract them so that Chinese enterprises will formulate and implement employer brand strategies and know how to deal with the changes of human resources market. 

Times Property was spoken highly of by the judging panel for its outstanding performance in employer brand strategies, employer image, organization and management, salary and welfare, staff training and working environment. Presence in the Guangdong Employment Lectures

On December 19, Director in charge of Human Resources of Times Property Luan Futian was invited to the Guangdong Employment Lectures themed “A Good Job for A Better Future” organized by Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangdong and Zhaopin.com. Mr. Luan gave a speech on “Employment Mechanism and Intra-organizational Cultural Construction”. The lectures aim to help undergraduate students get familiar with employment and business-starting policies and preferential incentives, and set up a platform for them to communicate with good employers.

Deputy Director of Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangdong Mr. Ge Guohui was also invited to the lectures. Director Ge analyzed the employment situation of next year based on latest statistic data and talked about employment support policies introduced by Guangdong Province to encourage undergraduate students to find better employment and start business. After that, Director Luan gave a detailed introduction about Times Property’s history, products and attention to talents to the present students and gave a comprehensive description of Times Property’s employer brand culture.
