On December 20, 2014, Customer Service Department of Zhuhai Branch held the 15th Anniversary “Times Property Customer-care Express Events” in Zhuhai City Cultural Center. 120 customers from over 40 families from Times Laguna (Zhuhai), Times Eolia City (Zhuhai), Times King City (Zhuhai) and Times Harbor (Zhuhai) attended the events. 

·Zhuhai Branch customer-care events  

The customers were divided into four teams: red, yellow, blue and pink. Team members must work together to fulfill the tasks and pass all three level to get the “treasure”. It was Times Property’s honor to hold these customer-care events for neighbors got to know more about each other and feel warm in the cold winter.  

·Zhuhai Branch customer-care events 

In 2014, Customer Service Department of Zhuhai Branch will continue upholding its service principle of “providing sincere service to more owners” and letting more owners experience Times Property’s customer care. Customer Service Department of Zhuhai Branch held a series of “Customer-care Express Events”, including 2 outdoor activities for owners in Zhuhai, 5 call-backs to owners of Times Eolia City (Zhuhai) before and after the house delivery, and assisting the group’s Customer Relationship Management Department with 1 customer-care activity. Over 1400 households in all received our most sincere service.
