Annual Meeting

The year 2014 is the fifteenth anniversary of Times Property’s establishment as well as the first year of the company's listing. Since the listing, the company has achieved a higher, broader platform and continued its development with renewed vigor.

Times members gathered at four o'clock in the afternoon of February 16, 2015, to share the joy of the listing and commemorate the milestone achievement of Times Property.

Mr. Shum Chiu Hung, the frontrunner and chairman of the board of Times Property, started the meeting with a speech characterized by plain language and sincere feelings. There were touching words for each of the colleagues present.

During the awards ceremony that followed, the video playing on a large screen reflected the contributions of the many Times members for their splendid achievements on behalf of Times Property. Awards were presented to employees and teams, including "2014 Outstanding Management Personnel," "2014 Outstanding Employee," "Award for Fifteen Years of Service," "President's Special Award" and others. The heartfelt speeches and impassioned fervor of the prize-winners' representatives encouraged everyone to continue the progress.

Times Property, throughout its 15-year history, has been not just an ambitious enterprise but also a provider of social benefit. The Times Property Charity Foundation, for example, has been active for 11 years. Thus the annual meeting offered special awards to the Foundation, including "Star of Love," "Ambassador of Love," "Award for Offering Love," "Best Director," "Best Branch" and "Excellent Volunteer Teacher." Every colleague was inspired and encouraged to shoulder greater responsibility and a sense of mission while devoting more love and care to others in 2015.

Times Property colleagues excel not only in their work but also in their skills and talents. During the dinner, management personnel of Times Property sang a mix of classic songs. Mr. Shum Chiu Hung, chairman of the board of Times Property, and Times Property Charity Foundation President Ms. Li Yiping performed a chorus of Look Back Again, which received thunderous applause and brought the party to a great height.
