The Times Property Charity Foundation Changsha Branch, together with a group of 50 employees and owners, conducted the "Times Benevolence with Each Step" charity run on April 22, 2015 at Orange Isle Park in Changsha. The participants' steps were transformed into donations so that people in need could ultimately benefit.

The charity activity, proceeding under the leadership of Mr. Luo, general manager of the Changsha Branch, won early support from Times King City (Changsha) owners and attracted many of them to take part. In fact, the stream of runners was so beautiful to behold that many pedestrians nearby paused to watch. Once they were on the road, the participants opened the "Xingshan (Doing Good)" app on their smartphones. They knew the donation would increase with each extra step they took.

The event lasted four hours, and through the efforts of the participants the activity finished with a total of 146,065 steps for an effective donation of RMB 146,045.
