Mr. Xie Baohuai, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, led a research team to visit Times Property on the morning of April 28, 2015, where he and his group conducted special research into "optimization of the Guangzhou business environment under the new normal" and thereby obtained valuable enterprise-related information. Mr. Shum Chiu Hung, chairman and CEO of Times Property, and assistants including Qiu Ping, Liang Hui and Kang Feng, attended the meeting, delivered reports and participated in exchanges.

Mr. Shum gave a general introduction to Times Property's development process in Guangzhou and the operating conditions that have prevailed in recent years. Subsequently, Times Property and the research team had intensive discussions regarding various aspects of the Guangzhou business environment, as well as an in-depth exploration of the status quo and future real-estate development trends. The parties further elaborated on the strengths and weaknesses of the region's current business environment and offered suggestions through reference and comparison to the business environment of Guangzhou's neighboring cities and first-tier cities nationwide. The Municipal People's Congress research team, while solidly affirming the achievements of Times Property, actively listened to and gathered feedback and suggestions at meeting, with which it could set forth strategies to further improve the Guangzhou business environment and promote healthy, sustainable development.
