The key program of informatization for Times Property--dubbed "Management Cockpit"--was officially launched on the afternoon of April 29, 2015. Among the attendees were Mr. Guan Jianhui, vice president of the Information and Administration Service Center, and Mr. Liang Hui, assistant to the president, and Mr. Zhang Zebo, chief director of the Marketing Center.

Mr. Liang Hui opened the meeting with an introduction to the program and its background. Moreover, he conveyed the great anticipation of the president of Times Property to this program. Afterward, Mr. Guan Jianhui highlighted the significance of the management program. The leaders from different departments gave succinct instructions in regard to key aspects of the program and the difficulties that may arise with the implementation of the new work plan.

The theme for implementation of the program was outlined in three phases: dashboard inspection by the president, and then by the general manager of the cities, and finally by relevant leaders in the service lines. The initial phase of dashboard inspection by the president is scheduled to put into trial operation on June 30, 2015 while the rest is planned to be released on August 31, 2015. With the implementation of the project, the president and the management will be able to accurately grasp the operations of the group and the projects in a timely manner in the platform of management cockpit. Through in-depth analysis of the gap between the goals and actual achievements, they can acquire the key data, and analyze the cause of such a gap from different perspectives to draw up countermeasures scientifically.

The management cockpit project covers all the core business lines. Through integrating key business information, it allows the decision makers to develop a global view and offers great support to the company’s development.
