Youth Entrepreneurship Community Created by Times Property in Cooperation with YOU+ Is Introduced in Guangzhou
The initial product in a cooperative effort between YOU+ International Youth Community and Guangzhou Times Property Group--called YOU+ Guangzhou Times TIT Square Youth Entrepreneurship Community--was unveiled to the public on May 13, 2015. Guangzhou Mayor Chen Jianhua and other leaders from the city government attended the ceremony, which enjoyed the attendance of more than 300 members of the region's elite social stratum. Liu Yang, the founder of YOU+, and Times Property Group Chairman Mr. Shum Chiu Hung jointly announced that Times Property Group had signed an investment agreement with YOU+ and thereby become a shareholder in the latter organization. The signing was thus emblematic of the integration of Internet thinking represented by YOU+ and the real-estate industry's philosophy of innovation.

The cooperation of the two companies was initiated with their first contact in May 2014, when Times Property recognized that the humanist sentiment represented by YOU+ had the same roots as its own "life stylist" brand image. Over the ensuing year, both sides cultivated a mutual understanding and decided to pursue their dreams together. Ultimately, they signed an investment agreement just before the opening of the Youth Entrepreneurship Community. With that agreement Times Property became a shareholder in YOU+, thereby ensuring a better future for all involved. Interestingly, the connection between Liu Yang, the founder of YOU+, and Su Di, the founder of Cheku Café, also originated from Times Property. In 2014, an activity organized by Times Property contributed to the meeting between Su Di and Liu Yang. They immediately had a sense of familiarity and friendship, which became a milestone in the development of YOU+.
