The meeting started with Ms. Chen Hongrong's description of the current situation in the traditional market residence, garden and social-community commercial systems, to which she added a description of the future development of Times Property's Industrialized 4.0 plan. Later, representatives of CAG demonstrated their "design ideas of CSP system" and indicated that the institute has gradually implemented the CSP (CAG architecture System Platform), whereby it would be a possible solution for promoting the modernization of China's construction industry. Moreover, they emphasized their establishment of an architectural/technical system that comprises overall planning, integrated design, related manufacturing, system configuration, sequential construction and smart management, through which the multiple choices, customization and cost control of building products have been realized. They added that, through large-scale application, it will greatly reduce the comprehensive cost of construction and operation. Then, representatives of Times Property shared with CAG their design ideas for house types, the introduction of interior delivery standards, and the progress toward industrialization that the company has made.

Note:
China Architecture Design & Research Group (CAG) is a large-scale, technological central enterprise reorganized in April 2000 by four institutions supervised by the Ministry of Construction. Formerly, they were known separately as the Institute of Design Affiliated to Ministry of Construction, China Architecture Technology and Research Institute, North China Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute, and the China Urban Construction Design & Research Institute. Originally established in 1952, it was a design enterprise operated directly under the Central Government. In recent years it was among the first such enterprises to enter the international construction market after the reform and opening-up, having obtained early authorization to conduct foreign trade. CAG has a wealth of experience in theoretical research, product development, integrated design and technical practices, and it has been instrumental in the establishment of the CBI system. Additionally, in combination with the periodic demands of Chinese architectural development, it has built multiple construction industrialization subsystems, such as an integrated system comprising load-bearing structure, heat preservation and decoration, precast concrete system, support/interior furnishing system, and modular construction.
