Times Property's Foshan Branch joined the fourth employees’ sports meeting held by Zumiao Sub-district on June 5, 2015. Functional departments and government departments hosted the event as part of an effort to create a platform for communication and collaboration between government and corporations as well as among corporations in Zumiao.

The meeting was launched at eight o'clock in the morning, not long after the summer sun had begun its trek across the sky. The event comprised four activities: "Running Forward," "One Beat of the Gong Setting the Tune," "Ba Jie Grabbing Wife" and "Creating Great Success." The competitors from Times' Foshan Branch teamed up perfectly and worked aggressively. They were successful in four contests, thus conveying a spirit of solidarity and determination in their effort to be the best. The spirit of friendly competition was evident to everyone present that day. At the same time, members of Foshan Branch's Development Team came to provide support. They offered the memorial fan of Times Life (Foshan) to the representative team members and publicized the Times Life (Foshan) project, whose market introduction will soon take place.

The participating corporations come from different sectors, including real estate, banking, energy, medicine and services. Through this form of communication, Times Property's Foshan Branch, the functional departments of Zumiao Sub-district and other organizations have been able to know one another better, and as a result Foshan Branch's influence in Chancheng District has increased. Thus a basis has been created for further extensive communication between government and the corporate realm. The Foshan Branch will continue its observance of the Times Property ideal, push deeper into emerging markets, and strive to provide the best quality and services for the benefit of society.
