The afternoon of June 8, 2015 brought the grand opening of "Public Participation in Charity 2015, Fund-raising in the community" campaign organized for Zengcheng Development Zone by the Zengcheng District government. The event was attended by Ms. Luo Shuyu, secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zengcheng Development Zone, along with officers from other sections of the Committee; Mr. Feng Jianzong, senior manager of Guangzhou Branch (North) & the representative of the Times Property Charity Foundation, Guangzhou Branch (North) Division; and a number of enthusiastic local representatives.

In answer to the appeal by the district government, Times Property Charity Foundation, Guangzhou Branch (North) Division donated RMB 50,000 as a contribution to improvement of the infrastructure in the elderly-care and childcare centers in the development zone, with addition emphasis on temporary care for the elderly.

Times Property Charity Foundation has thus far assisted in the construction of 12 Hope schools, two general hospitals, a welfare complex and a kindergarten. Moreover, nearly 300 public welfare campaigns have been implemented through the efforts of more than 20,000 staff, owners and volunteer citizens. Additionally, more than 3,000 cataract patients have received surgical procedures free of charge, and 20,000 financially challenged students have received help with the cost of finishing school. Times Museum was built for the public benefit and, thanks to sound operation, through which Times Property helps promote a renewed urban civility where local arts and cultural ecology blend. In total, Times Property has contributed approximately RMB 300 million to these endeavors.
