A launch ceremony for an activity organized by Times Property in order for Hong Kong college students to receive internships in Guangdong Province under the Youth Solidarity Program was held on the morning of June 8 in thirty-fourth-floor training room of Times Property Center. Mr. Liao Xing, the deputy secretary general of the Guangdong Youth Federation, along with Mr. Wang Yaoying, executive director of the Hong Kong Arts and Culture Development Center, Mr. Li Qiang, vice president of Times Property Group, and Mr. Luan Futian, Times Property's director of human resources, spoke at the event.

Mr. Liao, speaking on behalf of the Guangdong Youth Federation, extended a warm welcome to Hong Kong students, expressing the desire for them to accept internships in Guangzhou. Additionally, he conveyed hope for their achievements and the development of friendships with the colleagues they will meet in their month-long visits. Human Resources Director Mr. Luan welcomed the students to join Times Property and elaborated on the internship program. He added that they would benefit from the internships with respect to work and study. In the ice-breaking phase of the gathering, 50 Hong Kong interns took the initiative to share their expectations in regard to the program.
