A group of 30-plus management-level people took a two-day industrial inspection tour of Changsha, Hunan Province, led by Ms. Chen Hongrong, the vice president of the Group’s Operating Management Center, and accompanied by Mr. Li Ding, the vice director of the Group’s Project Management Center; Ms. Luo Jing, the manager of the Cost Control Department; Mr. Liu Jianbin, the deputy manager of the Strategic Procurement Administration Department; Mr. Shu Su, the deputy general manager of the Changsha Branch; and General Manager Ms. Tan Zhanghui, general manager of the Zhuhai Branch; and Mr. Chen Wei, deputy manager of the Shenzhen Branch. The inspection consisted of two sections: a visit to Broad Homes Industrial International Co. Ltd., long regarded as the forerunner of housing industrialization in China; and a visit to China Minsheng Zhuyou Co., Ltd. (CMZY), an emerging industrial enterprise. Additionally, there was an exchange of opinions and experiences.

The delegation, in the company of Broad Homes Vice President Mr. Long Qiman and other senior executives, visited the PC factory, the Discovery Exhibition Hall and the construction project.

·Site Inspection 

An advanced, PC (Preformed Concrete) component assembly line in place at the PC factory of Broad Homes demonstrated its capacity within a complicated technological process, ensuring the precision and efficiency of building-unit production. Thus it was described as the core of the Broad Homes industrial system, in which the concept of "constructing houses in the style of car manufacturing" has become a reality. The Discovery Exhibition Hall highlights the Broad Homes concept of sustainable building, presenting the innovations achieved over 19 years at the forefront of housing industrialization. It effectively encouraged an understanding of the Broad Homes system among the delegation.

·Site Inspection 

The group also conducted an exchange with members of site management during the inspection stage at the Broad Homes construction site. The high-rise building was described as a fully prefabricated system of concrete structure, based on shear walls and the PC components of the semi-fabricated floor slab. The system streamlines the process of on-site construction, which simplifies construction and reduces the need for traditional, skilled labor and fitters. Consequently, there is a significant decrease in the number of workers at the site, and correspondingly there is a savings in labor cost.

Subsequent to the tour, Broad Homes' senior executives had a discussion with members of the delegation. The parties briefly introduced their own respective companies, and the Broad executives answered the questions raised by the group during the inspection. After that, there was an in-depth discussion regarding the future of industrialized residential construction and development.

·Site Inspection 

The delegation, on the second day, visited the residential industrial manufacturing base of CMZY. Established in 2014, the CMZY enterprise--under ownership by China Minsheng Investment Corp., Ltd., is active in precast component production. Following a tour, the senior executives of CMZY and the deputy general manager of the company, held a conversation with the delegation in the head office of CMZY, in which the delegation was given an outline of CMZY's operations and status. The parties had a frank exchange of views regarding the prospects and technical issues of PC component production.

·Site Inspection 

Our delegation has looked deeply into leading enterprises and advanced technologies of industrialized housing in China through this inspection. Thus we have come to know more about the essence of such industrialization and how it can contribute to progress in development of housing industrialization in Times Property Group.
