Changsha Branch holds a meeting on community development as a strategic policy

At 8:30 a.m. on June 19, 2015, Times Property Changsha Branch held a kick-off meeting event under the banner "Livable Times, Happy King City" at the Lakeside Recreational Club of Times King City (Changsha). Taking part were Changsha Branch General Manager Mr. Luo Zhiping, Vice General Manager Mr. Shu Su, and Times Property Management (Changsha) General Manager Mr. Wang Sheng.

The Changsha Branch used the event to put forth a strategy of five qualities--"quality team," "quality products," "quality service," "quality culture," and "quality publicity"--seeking to create an influential model community imbued with the honored characteristics of Times Property. Mr. Wang, in summarizing the progress made in property management, noted the necessity for innovation by the entire team, stating that all work should be conducted for the benefit of community development.

Mr. Luo, of the Changsha Branch, described the significance, strategy and objectives of community development, as exemplified by the slogan "Livable Times, Happy King City." The far-reaching influence of this community development was evident to all the staff members, just as the company's fervor in regard to the strategic policy was deeply impressed in the minds of those present. Mr. Luo spoke highly of each colleague's dedicated efforts and contributions, expressing hope that the entire team would redouble its efforts with steadfast commitment to the cause of community development. He concluded by stating that all should strive to build projects with which the Changsha Branch would have a positive influence not only in Times Property but throughout the country as well.

At the end of this meeting, Ms. Luo Yumei, manager of the Human Resource and Administration Department at the Changsha Branch, finished the meeting with an outline of future work for the Community Special Project Team. The information was met by a unanimous commitment to active participation in community development.
