Times Property Wins the First Commercial Residential Plot in Qicha Area of Chancheng District at a Bidding Price of RMB 876 Million
On July 3, 2015, Times Property won a bid for commercial and residential plot located in the north of Greenview East Road and east of Guihua Twelfth Road in Foshan's Chancheng District at a bidding price of RMB 876 million, equivalent to a floor price of RMB 4,866 for each square meter, with a premium of 35%. This plot has a land area of 51,500 square meters, with a floor area ratio of 3.5 and a total construction area of 180,000 square meters.

This is the first commercial and residential plot offered for bidding in Chancheng District's Qicha Innovation Industrial Area. Positioned as Foshan's eastern city center, new waterfront city and integrated smart city innovation business center, the Qicha Innovation Industrial Area will prioritize the development of big data industry, big health industry, and science and technological services.
The plot has decided advantages: its location in the downtown of Foshan City within the core area of Changui, facing the South China Sea to the east and Shunde County to the south.
