On the morning of 24^th July, Liang Hui, CEO Assistant, made a summary review on the work in the first half of 2015 and shared the strategies for the second half. Representatives from each city branches also briefed on the work in the previous 6 months and their strategies for the second half. The leadership of the Guangzhou Branch (South), Guangzhou Branch (North), Foshan Branch, Zhuhai-Shenzhen Branch, Qingyuan Branch, Changsha Branch, Chidea Company, and the Property Management Company further shared the experience of their staff as a stimulus for future cooperation and teamwork.

In the afternoon, the responsible persons of all administrative departments reviewed their semi-annual performance and reported on their future plans, including the Investment Development Center, Fund Center, Finance Center, Operation Management Center, Design and R&D Center, HR and Legal Affairs Center, Information Administration and Monitoring Center. The information allowed the leadership from all parts of the Times Property Group to have an insight into the performance and development of the group's administration.

Shum Chiu-Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors, concluded on the meeting by summarizing the overall performance of the group in the previous 6 months and the strategies to increase the value of the group on the capital market, to expand the land reserve, to establish system platform, as well as to channel new business. He also encouraged all young staff to work harder for a better future.

On the second day of the working meeting, experts from the Tencent Research Institute was invited to share with the staff the Business Revolution in the Era of Big Data and Internet, to talk about the application of big data in various conventional industries, the down-to-earth implementation of corporation management strategies, the development of smart city, and the way to fuel the emergence of smart cities.
