Swimming suit, goggles, water pistols, bailers, and buckles are mixed with the noise of sprinkling, splashing, laughing and screaming in this August because all communities of the Times Property Management Company participated in the special "Summer Carnival" -- The Water-splashing Festival. Thousands of homeowners gathered together to cool down the temperature in the mid-summer with water as the weapon.

The venue was filled with sprinkles and the hurrah. Adults and children were chasing and laughing at each other with their "secret weapons" in hand. Everyone was drenched.

Ms Li, one of the homeowners living in the Building 18 of Times City (Foshan) Phase II, was playing with the kids too excitedly to have noticed that she had lost one of her shoes during the game. She said, "The Water-splashing Festival was so exciting. The kids are happy. And we are also very excited! At first, I just let my son lead my way. But I became one of the 'kids', fighting with them. We were totally drenched!"

The kids had a very good time playing in the swimming pool of Times Sweet House (Jinshazhou). The adults were not to be outdone. Mr. Wang took off his shirt during the games and played with his kids. He told us, "The festival is so cool. Our neighbors are all drenched. When I stepped into the swimming pool, I was greeted with a buckle of cold water poured over my head. And it was Mr. Xu from Building 1. I had a really good time. We used all kinds of tools, including bailers, buckles, and pipes. All of us were greeted with water today. It feels so good."

Siqi, a kid living in Times Sweet House (Jinshazhou), brought her little brother and cousin together to join the fight with the water pistols they had won in the "Three-legged race". As soon as they entered the pool, Siqi and her brothers immediately started the "war" using the pistols and even "raided" on their grandmother. While they were having enormous fun, Sun Yue, another kid, said unhappily, "I like playing water very much! I am very happy today. But I was late. The 'weapons' were all given away. But I was lucky to have picked one during the water-splashing."

Since the beginning of August, Times Property Management Company has organized a series of exclusive activities for the homeowners under the theme of "I Love My Home - Summer Coolness", including the swimming contest, tree-leaf painting, eco-friendly fashion show, etc. The scorching summer was suddenly tinted with a breeze of coolness.
