"TEAM TEAM DANCE" - 2015 Times Property Employee Talent Contest was successfully concluded at the Guangzhou Beilei Theater on August 26^th. Mr. Shum Chiu Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group, Mrs. Li Yiping, President of the Times Property Foundation, Mr. Guan Jianhui, Vice President, Mr. Bai Xihong, Vice President, Mr. Li Qiang, Vice President, Mr. Qiu Ping, Executive Assistant to the President, Mr. Liang Hui, Executive Assistant to the President, Mr. Cen Zhaoxiong, Executive Assistant to the President, Mr. Huang Yongnian, Executive Assistant to the President, Mr. Zhou Siyang, General Manager of the Foshan Company, Mrs. Jia Zhanghui, General Manager of the Zhuhai and Shenzhen Company, Mrs. Li Weihong, General Manager of the Guangzhou Company (South), Mr. Li Shao’ai, General Manager of the Guangzhou Company (North), Mr. Yu Fei, General Manager of the Qingyuan Company, Mrs. Zhong Yushan, Vice General manager of the Chidea Company, Mr. Xia Guanming and Mrs. Zhu Lin, General Manager and Vice General Manager of the Times Property Management Co., Ltd., joined all the other staff of the Times Property at this grand event.

After two months of fierce competition, eighteen teams from different departments and the city branches of the Group won the tickets to the Final.

This year's Talent Contest raised its curtain with an energetic opening dance featuring the Brazilian Carnival style, a tradition that had been carried on for 9 years. Dynamic and romantic, the excellent performance presented by the eighteen teams moved the audience to be immersed in the upbeat music and rhythmic dance.

Based on the results from a judge group of professionals, the First Prize went to the dance “We” presented by the team from the Zhuhai and Shenzhen Company; the Second Prizes to “The Moment” by the Presidents’ Office and the Times Gallery and “Show Time” by the Guangzhou Company (South); and the Third Prizes to “The ‘Armed’ Dancers” by Foshan Property Management Company, the “Burning” by the Design and Research and Cost Center, and “The Heartbeat” by the Zhuhai and Shenzhen Property Management Company.

The Times Property Employee Talent Contest has been successfully held for nine consecutive years since 2007. It is a special event -- a place where employees can party together and showcase their versatility -- expected and anticipated by every Times people each year.
