Mr. Zhang, Director of the China Merchants of Wuhu City of Anhui Province, led a delegation to Times Property from 25^th to 29^th August to discuss the future cooperation between the two parties. Xia Guanming, General Manager of Times Property Management, hosted the meeting. Zhu Lin, Vice General Manager, Xiao Taoyan, Chief Officer for Quality Control, and Yao Xusheng, General Manager of the Guangzhou Branch, joined Mr. Xia on the meeting and the following field trips to the projects of Times Property.

On the meeting, Ms. Zhu briefed the delegation on the development of Times Property and Times Property Management Company. He also introduced to the delegation the "Sun Flower Program", an exclusive customer service program, and the "Neighbor Bond", the innovative service mode, based on the corporation mission of "Better life for customers". Actually, 158 free service items and over 100 innovative service projects have been developed for the two programs and implemented to provide all-round care for our customers.

Mr. Xia then further analyzed the current development of property management and Internet. According to him, in the era of "Internet+", property management is no longer an independent entity that provides service, but rather a highly efficient manager and resource integrator based on communities and individualized service for homeowners. The conventional business mode is no longer suitable for the property management service for future. Since 2014, Times Property Management has been actively converting itself to catch up with the development of the Internet by initiating the "Community 020", the "Neighbor Bond (Lin Li Bang)" App on the smart phones and other 34 projects to create high-quality smart life for nearly 200 thousand homeowners of Times Property. And more services will be launched to change the way we live today.

After three hours of fruitful discussion, the official delegation paid a field visit to the Times Laguna Garden, an outstanding residential complex in the local area. The community is still well maintained after 16 years since its official launch evidenced by its high greenery coverage, well-functioning facilities and equipment, and pleasant environment. Then the delegation went to Times Peanuts II, which held to a classy and lofty taste that could be seen in its architectural style, open gardens and customer-first property services.

In the following two days, the delegation visited another 7 projects including Times Bund and Ocean Times and acquired an overall knowledge about the security, greenery, maintenance, hardware, community culture and the commitment of the staff.

Mr. Zhang, Director of the China Merchants of Wuhu City, acknowledged the considerate services, complete staff training system and the profound corporation culture. All the delegates highly recognized the security and safety, facility maintenance and the management services provided by the company, in particular the Sun Flower Program fully implemented in all the Times communities. "Stewards and stewardesses are the good helpers to the homeowners. We saw the name cards of the staff, the WeChat QR Code, and the 400 Hotline information wherever we went, even in the lobby and the elevators. The homeowners must be very happy about your on-call service."

Upon the end of the visit, the two parties agreed on the initial cooperation plan for implementing the Sun Flower program in the residential project in Wuhu City. Director Zhang decided to join hands with Times Property Management Company to co-manage a residential complex with a floor area over 5 million m² in Wuhu City in the hope of bringing the top services, new lifestyle and surprises to the local people. Mr. Xia stated that the visit was significant to the company and it would definitely enforce the first step that Times Property Management Company took to the areas outside Guangdong Province. The two companies both agreed to accelerate the cooperation and provide better living environment and high-quality in-house services to more people.
