“Linlibang”APP: Online Community Service Platform
After over 400 days and nights of discussion, R&D, programming and testing, Guangzhou Times Linlibang Internet Technology Co., Ltd, an affiliated company to Times Property Management Co., Ltd, finally completed the development of an online community service platform — Linlibang (Linlibang) APP at the end of August. Linlibang APP features multifunctional and comprehensive smart services such as property service, community social network, shopping, facility maintenance, and promotion information & top-up service. The APP will be in service for all proprietors in Times communities from September 3rd. The launch of the APP will tie the need of proprietors and the property service even closer, thus providing an opportunity for Times Property Management to better understand the requirements and suggestions of the proprietors. What’s more, the launch of Linlibang symbolizes a transformation from providing conventional property service to smart property service by Times Property Management Company.
The launching meeting for the Linlibang APP was officially held on the afternoon of September 1st at the Meeting Room on the 38th floor of Times Property Management Co., Ltd. Chaired by Xia Guanming, General Manager of the Times Property Management Co., Ltd, the meeting was attended by an approximate number of fifty people, including Zhu Lin, Vice-General Manager of Times Property Management Co., Ltd, Kuang Caili, Vice-General Manager of Times Linlibang Internet Technology Co., Ltd, and general managers, professional line managers and project managers from the city companies.

According to the introduction by the colleagues from the Linlibang Internet Technology at the beginning of the launching meeting, three major promotion activities will be organized starting from September 3rd. For the gift-giving activity from September 3rd to 13th, useful housewares will be given out to the proprietors if they sign up for the APP. Gift packs including Apple Watch and air purifier will be presented if they pay the property management fees via the APP. Following that will be the “One-to-Ten” publicity campaign from September 14th to 30th and the mass promotional activity from October 1st to December 31st. Various promotion activities on the new Linlibang APP and the way to benefit from the preferential terms were also elaborated on the launching meeting. For example, “Linligou” community mall will provide online all the necessities of life with high quality at an absolutely favorable price. Besides, to better demonstrate the brand image of Times Property Management, the proprietors from neighboring communities are also welcomed to participate in these activities.
Vice-General Manager Zhu also highlighted the O2O property management service mode through the assistance of the APP. To ensure the successful launching of the Linlibang on September 3rd, the property management service team of the company is well placed. Proprietors only need to take out their phone, log on the APP, press the “Door-to-Door Service” button, and then wait! Professional housekeepers will be at their door in thirty minutes in new uniforms to provide cleaning service for them. The efficiency and quality of this type of “door-to-door service at a lightning speed” will be backed by a strong housekeeping service team.

In the three-hour meeting, Vice-General Manager Kuang patiently answered all the questions posed by directors of various customer service centers. In addition, Su Jiansheng and Shuang Shan, directors for project preparation, volunteered to include transaction rate into the Key Performance Indictors and expressed their desire to participate in the above-mentioned activities so as to better guarantee the property service in the later stages. On the meeting, Ge Hui, Finance Manager, participated in the promotion activity and won the prize of Apple Watch worth more than RMB 4,000 by paying property fees of ten years altogether.

Heated discussions persisted throughout the entire launching meeting. General Manager Xia indicated that the Version 2.5 of the Linlibang APP has undergone more than ten times of adjustment. Whether by its exterior appearance, operational process or reaction speed, the APP is fully equipped for its end-user. No other APP comparable to this one can be found in the property service sector. Thus, it is fair to say that Times Property Management is the pioneer in forging ahead the independently development of online service platforms.
