"New Times, New Power" - The 2015 Youth Dialogue with CEO was held at the Conference Hall of Times Culture Complex on the afternoon of 22^nd September 2015. Shum Chiu-hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Times Property, Bai Xihong, Vice President in charge of Operation Management Center, Guan Jianhui, Vice President in charge of of Corporation Management Center, and Li Qiang, Vice President in charge of Audition, Supervision and Legal Affairs Center, joined the dialogue together with the management from the city branches.

The event started with the introduction from forty-two New Youth representatives enrolled in 2015 to the audience. They also shared their experience working at Times Property and their aspiration for future development.

Then, five group leaders and another five city branch leaders participated in an interactive session with the youths on the stage and answered the questions regarding the development plan of Times Property Group, the innovative service, the strategies of city branches and how to strike the balance between work and life.

Shum Chiu-hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors, shared his views on the property industry. He said that this was not just a transition of the industry from the Golden Era to the Silver Era because there must have been much potential and space for the future development and that the real estate industry could be an ideal platform for the newly graduated students. Shum expressed his sincere hope that all new staff carry through the value of love, dedication and innovation, the very foundation of Times Group.

Chairman Shum then answered the questions from five youth representatives regarding the development of the Group, innovative business, employment of professionals, and education for the next generation, etc.
