Times Property Management: "Joyful Reunion for the Mid-Autumn Festival"
To celebrate this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival, homeowners from various communities managed by Times Property Management were gathering together, eating the delicacies and roaring with laughter. In late September, Times Property Management held a number of celebration activities themed as “Joyful Reunion for the Mid-Autumn Festival” in its communities as part of the "I Love My Home" program. The celebration activities included reunion banquets, garden tours and parents-children interactive games. Homeowners were immersed in boundless joy taking part in these activities with their families and neighbors.

Reunion Banquet: a Gathering of Homeowners
At Times City (Foshan) (Phase II and Phase III) and the Pearl River Garden, an outdoor banquet of a dozen of tables was held. Hundreds of homeowners sat around the tables and tasted the home-made dishes, such as boiled fish with pickled cabbage and chili, chicken & ginger with straw mushrooms, specially-made shrimps and sauced pettitoes with black vinegar. It was as lively and bustling as the Chinese Lunar New Year.

Mr. Liang, a homeowner living in Building No.11 of Times City (Phase II) gave a thumbs-up to these dishes, “It’s really exciting to attend this party. It’s my first time to have a reunion dinner with so many friends and neighbors. It feels so nice”.
DIY Mooncakes: the Flavor of Happiness
On this night of the Mid-Autumn Festival, owners of Times City (Phase II and Phase III), Times Laguna and Times Evian Town (Guangzhou) participated in the moon-cake DIY workshop.

At the beginning, they had difficulty in baking the moon-cake and bombed the instructor with all kinds of questions: “Why is the flour I am mixing still white?” “How am I going to fix it if I overstuff the wrappings?” “ What should I do if the mooncake fractures at the moment I put it into the mold?” Yet after a short while, under the guidance of the baking instructor, the homeowners were teamed up and started their practice. Some were kneading the dough, some rolling the wrappings, some filling the stuffing, and others standing by to monitor the process. Everyone was busy with the work.

When the mooncakes were taken out of the oven an hour later, the homeowners could not wait but to round up to see and take pictures of their own fruit. Miss Wu from Times Evian Town said, “How I wish I could have a bite right now! My parents will be so surprised to see this, and I feel so happy to see them eat my DIY mooncakes!”
Garden Tours: Endless Fun
Times Sweet House (Jinshazhou) (Phase I), Times City (Foshan) (Phase O), Times King City (Foshan), Times Eolia City (Zhuhai), Eolia City Villa (Zhuhai), Times Port (Zhuhai), and Times King City (Zhongshan) were also bustling with life as owners gathered at the central square, watching movies, eating mooncakes, solving lantern riddles, making lanterns, playing games, singing and dancing.

Solving lantern riddles was really challenging. Homeowners had to figure out the answers based on the given clues. For example, one had to come up with a four-character idiom in Chinese for the phrase “appreciating the chrysanthemum at the Mid-Autumn Festival”. Frowning or murmuring, some owners pondered over and over and even engaged themselves in discussions. Suddenly, Mr. Yang, a proprietor from Times King City (Foshan), had an epiphany and solved the fifth lantern riddle at that night. He was as happy as a clam. “I can’t believe I actually did it”, he exclaimed.

Other games were also very popular. Homeowners were dazzled by so many choices, including hula-hoops, balloon clamping, song name quiz, wind-fire ring running, and lucky wheel spinning. In a game called Posing for Photos, the homeowners put on funny postures to amuse others. Miss Zhang and Miss Li were neighbors and good friends. At first, they wanted to kiss mouth-to-mouth for the photo-shoot. But when the camera was on, they felt so awkward and laughed out loud.

When it comes to performance, Times Eolia City put on a visual and auditory feast for all its owners. Dai dance, male and female vocal solo, and children vocal solo, just to name a few Mr. Ji from Building No.28 won a round of warm applause from the crowd with his poem reading, When Will the Moon Be Clear and Bright? Besides the homeowners, the staff members of Times Property Management also prepared some performances for this traditional festival. At Times Port, handsome-looking customer managers demonstrated a series of self-defense skills including grappling and fistfight. Beautiful and elegant receptionists performed the reception etiquette routines and strived for perfection in their smiling, bowing and other moves
Romantic Water Lanterns: An Expression of Homesickness
In Ocean Times (Guangzhou) and Laguna Garden (Guangzhou), owners wrote their wishes on paper, folded the paper into different shapes of festive lanterns, and carefully put them onto the river. Carrying owners’ wishes, numerous festive lanterns flowed down the stream, forming a picturesque view of flickering lights.
