The "2015 China Property Management Innovation and Development Forum" hosted by the China Property Management Association was grandly opened at Wanda Reign Hotel Wuhan on 24^th September. On the forum, Shen Jianzhong, Chairman of the Association, released the 2015 Report on the Development of Property Management in China, which reviewed the achievement and changes in the past and indicated a positive trend of the industry.

2015 Report on Property Service Enterprises in China was concurrently released on the forum. Meanwhile, the list of Top 100 Comprehensively Strong Property Management Companies was published, on which Times Property was listed at 60^th. Such achievement affirmed the leap forward made by the Group within a short period of time.

Expansion to the External Market

Times Property Management Company is now expanding its service in places outside Guangdong and is also enlarging the coverage of its service. Now, it is providing service to nearly three million square meters of communities in the Pearl River Delta region and to a residential project covering a floorage of five million square meters in Wuhu City of Anhui Province. The Company is also planning to realize a service coverage over fifteen million square meters by the end of 2015 to exert greater influence on the PRD region and into other cities in China. Since the beginning of 2015, Times Property Management Company has been strengthening its Sunflower program, on which basis, OQC mobile management system was adopted to upgrade the primary service and to standardize and optimize the routine operation.
